Trident Project Management Partners was launched by industry veteran Kelly Frazier, a recognized thought leader skilled at designing and implementing innovative solutions to achieve strategic business objectives.

Kelly brings 25+ years of experience as a global business and technology leader to her clients, leveraging deep expertise in project and program management, systems automation, and process improvement to deliver results while mitigating risks.

After obtaining an accounting degree and an MBA, Kelly discovered her passion for technology while working as a financial analyst for a large insurance company in Florida. It was the beginning of Kelly’s long career in understanding how to translate business objectives into technology solutions. 25 years later she continues working with large and small teams to deliver project-based work. Her professional background has allowed her to work as a business analyst, project manager, global project management office director, and executive leader of professionals with various technology backgrounds.

Kelly formed Trident Project Management Partners to leverage her experience planning and executing complex cross-functional projects and help organizations quickly meet their strategic business objectives, the first time.
